The Edinburgh Bears are a group of dedicated volleyball enthusiasts who exhibit extraordinary talent, determination, and a strong sense of community. Their journey, inspired by the legendary tale of Wojtek the bear, has taken them from humble beginnings to becoming one of the top volleyball teams in Scotland.

In the 2022/2023 season, with the support of Edinburgh Jets VC, they achieved remarkable success, ascending to the Scottish Volleyball Premier League and winning the Scottish Plate competition. Their achievements speak volumes about their dedication and love for the sport.

As FCA Association Charity, we are committed to supporting their ambitious goals for the future, which are truly monumental. They aspire to establish an academy/club where players of all skill levels can develop their talents. They are also devoted to promoting volleyball as a fantastic sport in the UK.
