Project: LLAMA Pilot (Life, Legal and Material Assistance)

The goal of this project pilot was to provide assistance where possible to other members of our community. With the pilot, we were able to reach 9 families and upskill our members for further stages of the project.

Project: Safety While Hiking – Part 1

Providing better winter hiking skills to decrease the risk of fatalities while hiking. This project helped to train 5 individuals. 4 of them coming from public on the back of a publicly announced contest.

Project: GOCC 2024

We have provided a socializing and recreational platform to around 600 people of Polish, Scottish and other origins. This has resulted in significant increase in quality of life. We have received many recommendations and opened a few separate projects which address mental health, poverty, wellness and are targeted at removing social isolation.

Case study: Football trainings and tournaments

Spending the time home alone after work all the time might be really depressing. We’d all love to have friends, go out and chill out. This is why we also offer these opportunities to everyone in our organization.

Case study: Volunteering

Through our volunteering engagement, we were able to find opportunities for about 40 people in total. Members and non-members to improve the lives of others. We have volunteered in many engagements, which has significantly improved the conditions of living and quality of life of at least 300 other people in our community.
